 イオンベンチ - Agilent 7200 Q-TOF GC/MS system 

  次の写真はAgilent 7200 Q-TOF GC/MS(右側)とAgilent 7890A GC(左側)をイオンベンチMSに搭載した例です。  

Edwards真空ポンプはMS本体の下に位置します防音キャビネット内に収容され、さらにポンプの振動がMS本体に伝わらないように除振台の上に載せられます。  

イオンベンチMSはMS本体の修理や点検時に容易に動かすことができます。また、フラットスクリーンモニター、PCホルダー、キーボードやマウスなどMSの周辺機器を統合することもできます。真空ポンプの騒音を75%低減させ、さらにその振動を99%除去して本体のターボモレキュラーポンプを保護します。
